Deliveries
Delivery Cost
We offer free delivery over £50 if you're in the UK Mainland. If you're one of our trade customers the minimum order is £30 for free delivery.
Cancellations
If you've cancelled your order, you will be refunded to the same card you made a payment from. If your balance was outstanding, then the order will be cancelled completely.
Returns
Although couriers can vary depending on the order size, you should always recieve a tracking number via either email or SMS.

Delivery Time
If orders are placed before 12:00 midday, they will be dispatched the same day and you should recieve a tracking number via one of the contact details left at checkout.

Pay later with Klarna
Pay later in 30 days is a form of credit which allows you to delay payment of your purchase by 30 days. Once your order is confirmed,you'll receive an email with payment instructions within two days from Klarna. You'll then have 30 days to try on your order and onlypay when you’re happy.
